US and International
Returns are easy. For US orders, return shipping is free for exchanges or refunds via store credit. For refunds back to credit card, return shipping is deducted from the refund. For international returns, we may provide a prepaid return label which is deducted from your refund.

Step 1: Determine if you are eligible to return.
All purchases may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date (excludes Egypt COD, see below).
Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. You must include any original packaging, including all tags or boxes the item came with.
Step 2: Ship the package
We will provide a prepaid shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Item must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the return label, otherwise return will be refused.
If the product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return after receiving it, and 10 business days for the refund to show up in your bank.
If the product is worn, washed, altered, or damaged, the return may be refused. If refused, the item will be returned back to the customer after return and outbound shipping costs are paid.
Partial refunds may be given for returns that arrive in poor condition and require repair or washing. Please be careful while trying it on!
Step 3: Receive your refund.
You will receive the original amount paid for the product (excluding shipping) minus the cost of return shipping.
Customs Duty and Taxes
Our products ship from the US, so customers outside the US may have their package subject to customs duty and taxes. Customs duty and taxes are the customer’s own responsibility. You may be able to work with your local customs to obtain a refund of customs fees after returning an item.
Final Sale items (if applicable)
All Sale items are Final Sale and can only be exchanged or refunded to store credit.
Cash on Delivery Orders:
-Home Try On: You'll be able to try on the item while the courier waits before paying! For your convenience, returns or exchanges should be determined on the spot during delivery. If there's an issue, simply hand the item back to the courier and only pay shipping. Returns aren't accepted after the courier leaves.
Need a new size or style? For exchanges, simply Submit a Return for the current item and place a new order for the new item.
*Returns are on the spot for Cash on Delivery (Egypt). If you accept the item after your Home Try-On, returns are no longer accepted.
This is rare due to our strict quality checks, but if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving, with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number and current shipping address. We’ll take care of you and make this right!
